These Terms of Service apply to your use of ucsp.ca, the website of UltraCare Specialty Pharmacy in Brampton, Ontario ("we", "us" or "our"). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
You may use this website if you can enter a binding agreement under Ontario law, or if a parent, guardian or substitute decision-maker uses it for you. If you submit a request for someone else, such as a child or a family member you care for, you confirm that you are allowed to act for them.
Our website links to online tools for refilling and transferring prescriptions and for booking appointments. Some of these tools are run by our service providers, including PharmaChoice, and their own terms and privacy policies also apply.
Sending a refill, transfer or appointment request does not mean it has been approved. Every request is reviewed by a pharmacist. We may need to contact you or your prescriber, and we may decline a request when it is not safe or not allowed by law. Ready times are estimates. Never rely on an online request for a medication you need urgently. Call us at (905) 495-1110 instead.
Delivery is available within our service area on the days and times we offer it. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, traffic and stock. We may ask for identification or a signature when we deliver, and some medications may require that you pick them up in person.
Prices, fees and promotions shown online may change without notice and may differ in store. Payment is taken at pick-up or delivery unless we arrange otherwise. Insurance and government drug plan coverage depends on your plan, and you are responsible for any amount your plan does not cover.
Please give us accurate, current information. You agree not to use this website to break any law, to pretend to be someone else, to send spam or harmful code, to try to get into parts of the site or our systems you aren't allowed to access, or to copy content from the site in bulk by automated means. We may block access to anyone who misuses the site.
