This policy explains how ucsp.ca, the website of UltraCare Specialty Pharmacy, uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. They let a site remember things between pages or visits, keep it secure, and make features like forms and maps work. Similar technologies, such as scripts that check whether a visitor is a real person, work in much the same way.
We keep cookies to a minimum. At the time of this update, we do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to track you across other websites or to sell information about you. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy first.
Strictly necessary. Our website runs on WordPress, which may set cookies to make the site work and to remember settings, such as when our staff sign in to manage the site. These cookies are needed for the site to work and can't be switched off in our systems.
Security and spam protection. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a message comes from a real person and not an automated program. Cloudflare may set cookies or read information about your browser and device to do this. Learn more in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Maps. Some pages show an embedded Google Map so you can find our pharmacy. When the map loads or when you use it, Google may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address. Learn more in Google's privacy policy.
Fonts. We load some fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
When you click to refill or transfer a prescription or book an appointment, you go to a website run by one of our service providers. Those sites use their own cookies and follow their own cookie and privacy policies, not this one.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Look for "cookies" or "site data" under the privacy or security settings in Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. If you block strictly necessary or security cookies, some parts of the site, such as the contact form or the map, may not work properly.
We may update this policy when we change how our website works. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
